Day #1 Load Day

Well, so far today wasn't to bad. I thought I would eat more than I did. Hopefully tomorrow I can do better. Shortly after taking the drops it seemed like I was more hungry than but maybe it's just in my head. The drops have a weird taste at first but that went away fast. Is anybody else taking coral calcium with this diet? Some say they do some don't and I would like to know if I should start taking this anytime soon. Will post pictures most likely by the end of the first week.  Not much went on today so I'll see what goes on tomorrow.

  1. The only supplement I take is 800 mg magnesium to help with any bathroom issues that HCG throws my way. I think lots of people take different things to help with specific problems. My mom takes potassium while she's on HCG because she gets leg cramps at night.

  2. Thanks Mia, the reason for the coral calcium is because milk is taken out of the diet completely and I dont want to get a deficiency. I haven't got my book yet but as far as I can tell milk products are not in the diet. If someone else knows otherwise please tell I love my milk products :)

  3. You can have up to 1 tablespoon of milk daily if you need for your coffee or tea but other than that, all milk products are off limits. Feel free to take any supplements you need. =) It's crazy how once you start taking the drops the hunger starts to go away and it makes eating during loading days really tough. It's so not fair. haha
